Session 2: Mobility & Flexibility in Pelvic Health Yoga
In Session 3 of our Pelvic Health Yoga Series, we shift the focus to mobility and flexibility, essential components for reducing tension, improving range of motion, and supporting overall pelvic health. Through gentle stretching, deep breathing, and mindful movement, this session will help you feel more open, relaxed, and in tune with your body.
Led by a licensed pelvic health provider, this small-group session (limited to 5 participants) offers personalized modifications to meet your unique needs. Whether you're working through tightness, or discomfort, or simply want to improve flexibility, this class will guide you toward greater ease of movement and balance.
