Aspire Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our passionate, growing team in beautiful Bend, OR. We are a values-driven, patient-centered clinic specializing in pelvic floor, pregnancy/postpartum, and women's/men's wellness care—and we’re looking for someone who shares our heart for this work and wants to find a team that feels like family.

Job Duties
Provide skilled one-on-one evaluations and treatments for pelvic health conditions (including bowel, bladder, pain, pregnancy/postpartum, sexual health, and abdominal/core issues).
Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on patient education, movement, and manual therapy.
Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and legal standards.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate care and participate in regular case reviews and check-ins.
Educate and empower patients in a trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate manner.
Participate in occasional community education, workshops, or events (optional but encouraged).
About You:
Oregon-licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).
Prior pelvic health experience preferred—but we’re happy to train the right candidate who’s genuinely excited about the specialty.
Passionate about working with women/men/pediatrics, pelvic floor patients, and whole-body wellness.
Values collaboration, professional growth, and treating patients like people—not numbers.
