Aspire Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our passionate, growing team in beautiful Bend, OR. We are a values-driven, patient-centered clinic specializing in pelvic floor, pregnancy/postpartum, and women's/men's wellness care—and we’re looking for someone who shares our heart for this work and wants to find a team that feels like family.

Job Duties

  • Provide skilled one-on-one evaluations and treatments for pelvic health conditions (including bowel, bladder, pain, pregnancy/postpartum, sexual health, and abdominal/core issues).

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on patient education, movement, and manual therapy.

  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate care and participate in regular case reviews and check-ins.

  • Educate and empower patients in a trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate manner.

  • Participate in occasional community education, workshops, or events (optional but encouraged).

About You:

  • Oregon-licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).

  • Prior pelvic health experience preferred—but we’re happy to train the right candidate who’s genuinely excited about the specialty.

  • Passionate about working with women/men/pediatrics, pelvic floor patients, and whole-body wellness.

  • Values collaboration, professional growth, and treating patients like people—not numbers.
