Dr. Brittany Estuesta PT, DPT

Brittany is an Oregonian born and raised, who moved to Central Oregon 5 years ago where she resides with her husband, daughter, and puppy. Brittany is a proud Oregon Duck and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at George Fox University. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan with orthopedic and sports injuries as well as pelvic floor dysfunction and TMJ dysfunction. She has completed several post graduate courses in manual therapy through NAIOMT, pelvic floor course series and visceral mobilization through Herman and Wallace, and has completed her Obstetrics Physical Therapy certification through APTA Academy of Pelvic Health to hone in her pelvic floor specialty of working with women through pregnancy and postpartum. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients to take control of their health and wellness by taking a holistic approach. She is continually seeking knowledge to provide the most up to date, evidence-based treatment options to her clients.
When not in the clinic, you will find her with her husband Noah, two daughters, and pup Frankie on a hike, taking a jog along the river trail, or enjoying the Central Oregon foodie scene.

Dr. Alana Vernon PT, DPT
Physical Therapist — Sisters Clinic

Alana grew up in rural Southeastern Oregon and pursued her passion for outdoor fitness and wellness education by starting her education at Oregon State University - Cascades in Bend. She couldn't stop there, so she moved to Hillsboro to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. After traveling to Alaska and Idaho, Alana and her husband found their new home in Sisters where they have found a welcoming community they cherish. She has enjoyed going on service learning trips to Peru and Guatemala to share her education and help people in areas without access to healthcare. Since graduating, Alana has pursued a number of clinical interests including:
- pelvic floor dysfunction
- low back pain
- balance and fall recovery
- vestibular rehab
- upper extremity rehab
- spinal manipulative therapy
After taking some time off to spend with her young son and gain further advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy, she is very excited to provide high quality treatment to the Sisters community. Alana is excited to be raising her son who was born in 2021 and getting him out to enjoy all of our wonderful Central Oregon activities. She enjoys cross country skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and performing lots of home Do-It-Yourself projects with assistance from her husband to make sure they turn out well.

Dr. Laura Ahmed PT, DPT
Physical Therapist — Bend Clinic

Laura grew up in Perrysburg, Ohio and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Centre College in Danville, KY. In 2013 she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience in concussion and vestibular management after first serving as an assistant program lead for a multi-disciplinary concussion treatment team in Richmond, VA, and since providing high quality physical therapy services to the Central Oregon communities since moving to Bend in 2019. She has also served as an educator for clinicians by teaching concussion continuing education coursework.
Laura is passionate about treating each patient with an individualized approach and caring for the whole person. She strongly believes in the benefits of patient education and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to achieve the best rehabilitative outcome possible. She strives to provide each individual with the most up to date, evidence-based treatments.
When Laura is not in the clinic, she enjoys taking advantage of the tremendous options for outdoor recreation in Central Oregon. She loves trail running, Nordic skiing, and hiking. You can find her walking with her husband, son, and dog every evening after work!

Dr. Kelsea Hulstrom PT, DPT
Physical Therapist — Bend Clinic

Kelsea was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) in 2015. She then made the trek to Connecticut to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University. Since then, she has moved back to Bend to fully utilize her skills in the community that she loves to call home.
Kelsea has a passion for treating a multitude of individuals with a variety of injuries and impairments including pelvic floor dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction, concussion, and orthopedic injuries. Since obtaining her degree she has taken multiple continuing education courses in pelvic floor rehabilitation including specialty topics in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation and visceral mobilization. Kelsea also has training in craniosacral therapy, a gentle hands on approach beneficial at addressing the central nervous system. She will begin infant craniosacral therapy in January 2024. She believes in an interdisciplinary approach to health–making sure her patients are exploring all avenues of care to get the most comprehensive and inclusive treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Kelsea enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring all the amazing outdoor activities Bend has to offer with her husband and three dogs Declan, Charlie, and Yogi.

Olivia Ellis PT, DPT

Olivia Ellis is a dedicated physical therapist based in Bend, Oregon, with a passion for helping patients regain movement, function, and quality of life. Originally from Spokane, Washington, Olivia earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Montana, where she excelled as a Division I track and field athlete, specializing in the 400-meter hurdles. Her athletic background inspired her lifelong commitment to the science of movement and physical rehabilitation.
Olivia earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Montana, where she gained extensive clinical experience treating vestibular disorders, post-concussion syndrome, and musculoskeletal injuries. After graduation, she pursued specialized post-graduate training in pelvic floor physical therapy through the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, enhancing her expertise in treating conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
At Aspire Physical Therapy in Bend, Olivia provides personalized care with a focus on evidence-based techniques and compassionate support. Her pelvic floor therapy services are designed to help patients improve core strength, bladder and bowel control, and overall pelvic health—empowering them to return to everyday activities with confidence and resilience.
Outside the clinic, Olivia enjoys running, hiking, exploring Oregon’s beautiful outdoors, and engaging in creative hobbies like film photography. She values meaningful connections with her patients and community and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Molly Sutherlin, PTA, PCES
Physical Therapist Assistant — Bend Clinic

Molly has lived throughout the western half of the country, most recently relocating from Colorado. She earned her BS in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Warner Pacific University in Portland, OR, and later obtained her AAS as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Pueblo Community College in Colorado.
She enjoys treating both orthopedic and pelvic health conditions and has advanced training in pelvic health rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace. She treats both women's and men's pelvic health and is a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Additionally, her background in yoga blends seamlessly into her treatments, and she offers a semi-private Yoga for Pelvic Health series at Aspire.
Molly is dedicated to empowering her patients in their healing process. She takes the time to understand their core concerns and progresses at a pace that feels right for each individual. With a thoughtful and open-minded approach, she listens attentively and often thinks outside the box to develop creative solutions.
Outside the clinic, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and dogs. She also loves snowboarding, cross-country skiing, camping, reading, and sewing.
Alison
Practice Administrative Lead
Alison Foraker is the Front Office Coordinator Lead at Aspire Physical Therapy, where she ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. At 27 years old, Alison has made Bend, Oregon, her home—a place that holds a special connection to her, as she grew up skiing the slopes of Mount Bachelor.
Alison is passionate about helping others and takes pride in supporting patients on their journey to wellness. Known for her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, she strives to create a positive and meaningful experience for everyone she meets.
A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Alison enjoys exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer. When she’s not skiing or snowboarding, she can be found paddleboarding, swimming, wakesurfing, or hiking with her husband and their energetic Australian Shepherd. Her love for water and the outdoors fuels her active lifestyle and keeps her connected to the natural beauty of the area.
At home, Alison loves cooking, baking, and spending quiet evenings with her family. She believes in balancing life’s adventures with meaningful personal connections, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her work and passions.
