Session 2: Strength & Stability in Pelvic Health Yoga
Building on the foundations of pelvic floor awareness and core connection, Session 2 of our Pelvic Health Yoga Series will focus on enhancing strength, stability, and functional movement. This session is designed to help you develop confidence in movement, improve posture, and build a stronger core for everyday activities.
Led by a licensed pelvic health provider, this small-group session (limited to 5 participants) provides personalized guidance in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Whether you're working on postpartum recovery, injury prevention, or overall pelvic health, this class will help you take the next step in your journey.
