Session 2: Strength & Stability in Pelvic Health Yoga

Building on the foundations from Session 1, this class focuses on enhancing strength, stability, and core support to promote optimal pelvic health. You will explore movement techniques designed to improve balance, mobility, and overall well-being while reinforcing breathwork for better control and relaxation.

Led by a licensed pelvic health provider, this small-group session (limited to 5 participants) offers a safe and supportive space to deepen your awareness and practice. Whether you are on a recovery journey, looking to improve function, or seeking a deeper connection with your body, this session provides the tools to help you progress.
