Dr. Hailey Oyadomari PT, DPT
Physical Therapist — Bend Clinic
Hailey was born and raised on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, where she spent much of her time swimming, enjoying the beach, and exploring the outdoors. She traded the sunshine and warmth of Hawaiʻi for the rain and cooler climate of Oregon to pursue her B.S. in Kinesiology at Oregon State University. After enjoying her time as an OSU Beaver, Hailey continued her education at Oregon State University–Cascades, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) right here in Bend, Oregon.
Throughout her education and clinical training, Hailey developed experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including low back pain, cervical pain, rotator cuff dysfunction, knee osteoarthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Her growing interest in pelvic floor physical therapy and pelvic health comes from her passion for providing accessible, individualized care and helping patients return to the activities and experiences that bring meaning to their lives.
Hailey completed her Level 1 Pelvic Floor certification through Herman & Wallace, developing foundational skills in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic health conditions such as urinary incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She further expanded her pelvic floor physical therapy experience during a clinical rotation at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she collaboratively treated individuals with a range of complex pelvic health conditions, including chronic constipation, post-operative vaginoplasty, vulvodynia, and the effects of radiation therapy.
Her clinical experience also strengthened her understanding of gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care. Hailey recognizes that every person's health journey is unique and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns.
These experiences have shaped Hailey’s holistic approach to physical therapy, where she considers the physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors that can influence a person’s health and recovery. Whether working with a patient experiencing pelvic floor concerns, recovering from an orthopedic injury, or looking to return to the activities they love, Hailey is committed to creating an individualized plan of care based on each patient’s goals and needs.
Outside of the clinic, Hailey enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and exploring the outdoors with her little Chihuahua, Patch. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with her patients and making a positive impact through physical therapy and pelvic health care in Bend and throughout the Central Oregon community.
